Broker Questions:
Who do I contact to make changes to my entitlements?
How long will it take to process my entitlement
request?
According to the Entitlement Report that First
Call sent me, my client is entitled to view our research,
but the client tells me that he can't access it.
Can you explain the entitlements process?
First Call subscribers are subject to content entitlement
by the individual brokerage firms that distribute their research
via the First Call network. Most brokerage firms will entitle
institutional subscribers to their research reports if they
meet the firm's criteria. For example, if the subscriber has
an existing trading relationship with a brokerage firm and
generates a minimum level of sales commissions for that brokerage
firm, then he/she is usually entitled to read that broker's
research. As a general rule, the more assets your firm manages,
the greater the trading commissions your firm generates. Consequently,
more brokers will grant entitlements to your firm. If you
are a current or potential First Call subscriber and would
like to find out more about the entitlement process, please
call the Entitlement
Support Group.

When I log into First Call Research, I can see research from
"Broker A," but when I log into First Call Notes,
I don't see that broker. Why am I unable to pull up the broker
in both First Call Research and Notes?
Either the broker does not contribute to both First Call products,
or you may only be entitled to their First Call Research content
but not their Notes content.

I want to see a specific broker's research. How do I
get it? Is there a contact list?
You must contact a broker directly to request entitlement.
For the most up-to-date broker contact list, please call your
First Call account executive, the First
Call office nearest you, or send e-mail to fcsales@tfn.com.

Who do I contact to make changes to my entitlements?
To change your entitlements, you can either e-mail the First
Call Entitlement Support Group at entitle@tfn.com
or send a fax to +1 617.428.1150.

How long will it take to process my entitlement request?
The turnaround time depends on the amount of changes you would
like to make; most entitlement requests are fulfilled within
48 hours.

According to the Entitlement Report that First Call sent
me, my client is entitled to view our research, but the client
tells me that he can't access it.
Depending upon how the client views the research, this could
either be an issue with one of our third-party vendors or
a technical issue. Please call the Entitlement
Support Group, and we will be happy to quickly resolve
this situation.
